Job Descriptions

(Luzern, Switzerland) Looking for Duty Manager for a 5* luxury hotel.

Responsibilities and essential job functions:
• Provide outstanding service and exceptional experience to our guests.
• Manage the operation flow in the Front Office department and ensure all resort policies, procedures, regulations, and standards are followed.
• Create memorable and unique experiences for guests based on their preferences and retreat goals.
• Ensure all guest complaints are handled by respective departments and be visible when any assistance is needed.
• Ensure smooth communication between all departments.

Requirements: 
• Preferably candidates who can speak German Language
• Candidate must have experience in handling Night shift as Night Manager / Duty Manager
